The New South Wales Government has decided to place the whole state of NSW into lock-down. Therefore, we have been forced to temporarily close The Vape Dungeon to walk in browsing of products effectively immediately.
The latest restrictions specify that one person from each household can leave the home to shop for the households’ essential needs.
Ways to order
Call The Vape Dungeon on 6652 7667 and a member of staff will process your order and assist with payment over the phone.
Collection of order approximately 30 minutes later
Shipment will be organised, and tracking information emailed / text to the customer

Collect from The Vape Dungeon, select “Pick up Instore” as shipping method
Shipped to address select shipping and complete details
An email or text message will be sent when the order is ready for collection or once the shipping / tracking information is available.
If utilising our click and collect service, please adhere to our COVID-19. Alternatively, we offer curb side pickup, simply call us upon approach to front doors and we will bring your order out to the car.
Conditions of Entry:
Face masks must be worn for duration of visit
Mandatory check in via Government QR code or Sign in sheet
Do not touch products unless directed by a member of staff
Only 1 person in store at a time
**You will be refused entry and service of you do not comply with the aforementioned conditions.

The Vape Dungeon ships orders using Australia Post (Express Post), Aramex or Waterfallways Couriers dependent on destination of order. All shipping companies are experiencing longer than usual delivery times due to the COVID pandemic resulting in delays of potentially two to five business days.
